8 You've been hit by the switch from Python 3.8 to 3.9 by the looks of it.
9 Try adding "sys-apps/portage python_targets_python3_8" to package.use.

12 updated. I currently have 38 packages with this flag in package_use on my
13 laptop, yet my desktop needs none, so the number you will have to add
