15 Well anyway, I unchecked "Toronto" & was warned that >= 1 must be checked
16 & that it had automatically checked "Local : your system time zone",
17 after which the time showed was correct, ie now "5:26:38" (sb "05:26:38") ;
18 it doesn't say "EST" anymore, but that doesn't matter much.

20 The label 'UTC' under 'City' is very misleading.
