Hi - I've been having problems with DNS. When I start my wireless
interface (or any other for that matter) I don't get a /etc/resolv.conf
file generated. Instead I get one called /etc/ (or
whatever for the appropriate interface). I can ping IP addresses but
not DNS (i.e. ping
To get it running I copy the contents of
to /etc/resolv.conf.
Anybody tell me how to fix this?
Thanks, Richard
