Maybe try 'mounting' yr mouse on /dev/psaux. I had the same problem and when I pointed to /dev/psaux in xorg.conf mouse was OK (peep). |

Subject: [gentoo-user] Mouse not detected |
15 |
|
16 |
Hi Folks, |
17 |
|
18 |
I have gentoo installed on QEMU and I'm having problems with the mouse |
19 |
not being detected. I have no /dev/mouse which means X won't start. If I |
20 |
do 'dmesg | grep -i mouse' I get: |
21 |
|
22 |
mice: PS/2 mouse device common for all mice |
23 |
input: ImExPS/2 Generic Explorer Mouse as /class/input/intput1 |
24 |
|
25 |
Can anyone point me (!) in the direction of what I need to do to get my |
26 |
mouse recognized? |
27 |
|
28 |
Thanks, Tom |
29 |
|
