4 I don't really understand what you mean, sorry. 4.9.2 is not available due to
5 security issues, and has thus been dropped from the Portage tree, so you need to
6 sync your tree with `emerge --sync` (or whatever syncing method you
7 use) to get the latest dependency information/ebuilds for `osm2pgsql`.

9 The old `proj` ebuild which was removed in the aforementioned commit by A.
10 Strumlechner points to [1], which has since died, hence your original error
11 message from wget. Ebuilds for new versions point to [2], which is active.
