| 1 | I installed Gentoo 2006.0 amd64 on a Athlon 64 3000 and i tried to |
| 2 | configure ldap and pam, when i rebooted the "starting udev ..." and |
| 3 | "cleaning /tmp directory ..." scripts caused a humongous delay, 4,5 min |
| 4 | aprox. In the end, the system finally boots, but taking a lot of time! |
| 5 | besides i cant make the ldap authentication work! |
