32 emm - they are silently ignored by the people, not the system - and usually
33 someone complains about them - it was just bad luck in your part.

35 Also I am pretty sure that userrel is the wrong recipient. Userrel is for
36 cases when two users are insulting each other. Because of that userrel bugs
37 are private. You should have opened the bug with infra or docu - maybe you can
38 change the assignment - if not I am sure somebody from userrel will.
