5 Thanks for that hint. I tried it, and it complained about the device
6 being busy. I used lsof, and found a bunch of channels in use by
7 mplayer. I last used mplayer a few days ago, and it may have crashed,
8 leaving files locked. I ran "killall mplayer" as root, and mpg123 works
9 OK again.
