23 I've had problems like this with grub2 when it was trying to retain the
24 graphics mode (sorry, I don't remember the line in grub.cfg since I've
25 since removed it.)

27 I usually find grub problems by entering the grub command line and
28 typing the commands in the menuentry from /boot/grub/grub.cfg that
29 doesn't work one at a time.
