4 Why there's always someone that say this when you mention Esperanto ?
5 1) It's not an attempt at standarizing common languages for Europe, but an
6 attemp to create a common language for the world.
7 2) I DO have a need for it because I use it, I write/read/speak it.
8 3) It didn't fail. A language like this cannot be expected to be spoken for
9 day to night, but it has survived more than 100 years (although The Soviet
10 Union, The Nazi goverment, The Sadam Husein goverment and a lot of other
11 military and facist goverments did the best to kill as much esperantists as
12 possible), it is spoken by 2 million people worldwide and the number is
13 increasing.
