12 No it is not strange at all, it is quite common. Refer to all the
13 replies other people gave you explaining that it does happen. Bios,
14 grub, kernel OS - 4 different things, 4 codebases, 4 opinions on how to
15 order things. And the kernel has never guaranteed any mapping at all
16 between device order on the bus and node names.
