14 A lot of things need to rebuild when upgrading ICU. And yes, if the old
15 lib is still there, revdep-rebuilt can't pick anything up.

17 Actually, the icu ebuild should have printed out information about how
18 to run revdep-rebuild in a way that will find packages that need to be
19 emerged again. If you don't have the logs saved and something like
20 app-portage/elogv installed, then try emerging ICU again and this time
21 read the output at the end of the emerge.
