11 Some posts back, somebody mentioned what a "half way decent
12 datacenter" would do (or something like that). There may be half way
13 decent ISPs in the US, but I haven't seen one in over 20 years since
14 the last one I was aware of stopped dealing with residential
15 customers. They were a victem of the "race to the bottom" when not
16 enough residential customers were willing to pay $10 per month over
17 what Comcast or US-West was charging for half-assed, crippled internet
18 access).
