17 On my system it indeed does and "man 7 X" is able to show it.

19 File is /usr/share/man/man7/X.7.bz2 (might be gz or lzma as well), if
20 it exists, then it's just man that can't find it, if it doesn't
21 then you probably need "app-doc/xorg-docs" package installed.
