Hi,

this morning I got a block while updateing:
upower and hal cannot be installed at the same time:

* Error: The above package list contains packages which cannot be
* installed at the same time on the same system.

(sys-apps/hal-0.5.14-r4, installed) pulled in by

My question is:

How can I identify _installed_ packages, which needs hal?

With

quse hal

I get ALL packages in portage, which has the hal use flag.
That is too much ...hrmmm... info...

If possible I want to remove hal from my system...
Any better way to do this?

Thank you very much for any help!
Best regards,
