20 every thing is fine. you need nothing to fix. this tells you only that
21 eix-cache doesn't exist or uses obsolete format.

23 doesn't exist: can be if you use eix-sync the 1st time
24 obsolete format: means you upgraded eix which now uses a neu db-format
