| 3 | A user saved a message reply as a draft and came back after lunch to continue, |
| 4 | only to discover that half the response was missing. Given that some of it |
| 5 | was the result of a two hour investigation I had my hands full trying to |
| 6 | pacify them. |

| 8 | Why was part of the draft lost and is there a way for me to recover it? |
