21 Most package maintainers are on -dev.  There is a few on here but this
22 topic may not apply to them.  I'd suggest either filing a bug against
23 whatever package is touching /dev or maybe posting on -dev mailing
24 list.  Unless you know what package is doing this, it may not get much
25 if any response.  Hard to fix something when it is unknown what to fix.
