14 Read both of these, and they are interesting in trying to provide a
15 general solution. The first one references a bug
16 http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=145737 where the last entry
17 indicates that the suggested solution isn't implemented in a way that is
18 desirable. There appears to be a suggestion that the correct way will
19 involve future extensions to the EAPI.

21 So does anyone know where the details of this is being discussed? I
22 haven't been able to track down details on where changes to the EAPI are
23 proposed and discussed.
