22 The filesystem heirarchy standard? I haven't read it (Yet), but it
23 makes it real hard to have multiple versions of X & switch between
24 them... Although I notice qt, tcl, tk etc all have a good directory
25 naming scheme including the version...

29 (The reason I want multiple versions is for when I raise a problem
30 with the XOrg developers for a problem not directly gentoo's, quite
31 often they want you to try the CVS version... previously you could
32 alter the prefix & just move a symlink... Now it's de-install &
