13 Its the trustees that decide. The social contract is a part of the Foundation charter
14 and its the Foundation that will probably be the target of any lawsuits.
15 Its not beyond the bounds of possibility that a suit could be raised against named
16 individuals, then the Foundation involvement is less clear.
17 That's a whole new discussion on Gentoo metastructure and this is not the thread to
18 have that discussion in.

20 Its up to the board of trustees whos opinion(s) they take into account. They only answer
21 to the Foundation members but there is precedence for seeking the opinions of the
22 entire developer body.

25 that will drive it.
