3	I am having problems configuring a winbond w89c940 network card from the
4	gentoo 2004.1 live cd. The kernel do not load the module ne2k-pci at the
5	boot time and both modprobe and insmod failed. I can't get the card
6	working and I'm doing a stage 1 installation from the minimal cd...
7	Both modprobe and insmod give me 5 'unresolved symbol' error messages.
8	The kernel of the live cd is 2.4.25-gentoo.
