I have to say I saw the very same thing. I used dispatch-conf, so I was 
able to correct it in the same way by looking at the old config.

Very unusual to connect to a remote box and see "unable to connect to 
host.domain.com:0.0" when trying an X app.

One thing of note, this setting is important on the "to-be-ssh'd" box, 
not the one doing the "ssh'ing".
