[gentoo-server] Newbie deploying a gentoo server

Hello:

I've been using gentoo as desktop OS since a year ago, but now I want to 
setup a server for proction use and I'm looking for some good info in 
how to do this. Any of you could recommends me some urls or something in 
order for me to understand how must I deploy all of this?

I need apache, php, mysql, ftp, cgi, perl, asp, frontpage extensions...

Any tips/documentation on how to do this on gentoo or even in a 
non-gentooish way?
