My bet is that you are also running qmail-scanner correct? I have had |
5 |
this happen with qmail-scanner and basically what appeared to have been |
6 |
the culprit is when qmail-scanner tried to inject the mail for |
7 |
delivery... something failed. qmail-inject received the email but |
8 |
qmail-scanner didn't realize it so it tagged for delivery again... |
9 |
|
10 |
Sorry to be vague with my interpretation, but it was quite a while ago. |
