Last week was very uneventful, mostly just setting up a solid base.

A unit test framework now exists for the bash builtins, which instead of
being built around unittest++ (as originally planned), is written with
google-test (gtest) instead. Also, the build system is now Automake
(instead of a poorly written Makefile.in), which will help with easing
the build process of everything that comes after.

Unfortunately, GSoC has come to an end. I'll continue working a little
bit this week when I can, but I'm beginning graduate studies this week,
and don't know how much time I will be able to devote to this project
from this point forward. I will probably off and on continue to develop
and contribute when I can though, because I would like to see this
project take off and really be useful (I can see a lot of uses for it
outside of repoman/portage, I know I'd use it).

I hope everyone learned as much as I did this summer, and benefited as
much as I did as well. I know that I'll be able to apply this
experience to any work I do in the future (especially with research
looming, I've learned about a lot of tools that will make the process
easier.)
