You need 2.1.12 to support Win7 beta. Portage just has 2.0.6. So
I use the binaries from Sun:

They are easy to install, although the driver module I have had to
rebuild manually lately.

You create a virtual disk as a file in your normal partition. The guest
OS thinks the disk is fixed size, but it only takes up as much real
space are required. The snapshots also take up space. The VM can
only see as much of the rest of your HD as you let it by fake 'Network
Shares'.

Nope.
