Is samba known to be fully working on ~amd64? I'm trying to let a |

vmware-server running a Win XP client on this box see the system around it, |

so I've emerged samba. Well, I tried, but while watching its compilation I |

Compilation continued and no error message was given at the end, which seems |

to imply it's a trivial problem. However, if rpc doesn't work, how can |

samba? |
