21 The council is answerable to the entire developer community. The
22 Foundation is answerable to its members. The two groups are not the
23 same. You are a member of the former but not the latter, therefore
24 have no rights with respect to the foundation.

26 Having fixed the precedent about rights of non members, let the
27 discussion continue. Its a valid point to discuss no matter who brings
28 it up. The foundation wants to be open an listen to anyone who
29 wants to make contributions.
