The report is filed however I have done an emerge -v -uD world |

since I had this problem. I uninstalled rsnapshot before the |

update. (This was a few days ago) |

Got the sources for version 1.2.2 built, installed and am using it. |

(version 1,2,2 does NOT have that problem) |

So to check and verify my bug information I reinstalled rsnap from |

what was current portage 2 days ago. The version that got installed |
| 12 |
was rsnapshot-1.2.1-r1.ebuild, which I beleive is the same version I |

had the trouble with. |

Now I CANNOT reproduce the problem. Something has changed, possibly |

gnu cp which was the source of rsnapshots troubles. |

I'm continueing to test and explore the ebuilds but at this time I |

cannot reproduce the bug. |

I filed the report anyway with details and citing a possible fix. |
