This was actually the original name, but after a talk with spyderous, he
mentioned the "config-<TAB><TAB>" advantage to this naming scheme. I don't
really care *what* it gets called, but what spyderous says makes sense,
so i figured i'd do that.

If people really don't like this, i can change it, i don't really
want/care to get involved in Gentoo tool naming issues, i just wanted to
write some code... (:
