13 Incorrect. The = means exactly that version, to include revisions you
14 have to use the ~ operator. Unfortunately a value like
15 ~sys-libs/glibc-2.3.2-r9 (to include -r9, -r10, ... but not -r8 or
16 2.3.3) is invalid.
