6 There are no differences between what's in CVS and what's in rsync except,
7 as Paul noted, that rsync is roughly 30-60 minutes behind CVS.

9 pserver was, at one point, enabled a couple of years ago but was shut down
10 due to resource constraints. We have no plans to re-enable it, both
11 because of resource constraints as well as security considerations.
