The ebuild says:

    dosbin ${FILESDIR}/lintool/lintool

    dosbin ${FILESDIR}/scripts/etc-update
    dosbin ${FILESDIR}/scripts/pkg-clean
    dosbin ${FILESDIR}/scripts/qpkg
    dosbin ${FILESDIR}/scripts/mkebuild
    dosbin ${FILESDIR}/scripts/emerge-webrsync
    dosbin ${FILESDIR}/scripts/epm

So that's probably it.
