What happens why a user runs --depclean and has a masked package |
14 |
installed? Oh that's right, it uninstalls. My systems do that |
15 |
automatically, but you are welcome to assume "stupid user didn't read |
16 |
messages" if that is easier. |

I'm sorry you feel that way. My intent was to work with you to solve |
27 |
the problem in the fastest way possible to avoid users cleaning firmware |
28 |
from their only network card. It was not my intent to demean you in any |
29 |
way. Multiple lines in that mask were an issue, not only that but you |
30 |
said you would mask firmware that was in linux-firmware and/or didn't |
31 |
install properly in /lib/firmware then proceeded to mask firmware that |
32 |
didn't fit either category. |
33 |
|
34 |
If you would like to continue pretending you didn't make a mistake that |
35 |
is fine, but please don't pretend I was unreasonably attacking you as I |
36 |
was not unreasonable nor attacking you. |
