4 For what it's worth, I strongly oppose using GitHub or any other SaaSS
5 that is not licensed using AGPL or under similar terms.

7 My suggestion is Phabricator, which additionally beats GitHub on
8 functionality by having proper code review support. I will however not
9 oppose any momentum for a different self-hosted free software solution.
