Has anyone stopped to think... he might have an ulterior motive here? |
16 |
|
17 |
Clearly, it's trolling, the quote above should demonstrate that beyond |
18 |
doubt. However, one must ask what the reason might be for such |
19 |
deliberate trolls. |
20 |
|
21 |
Perhaps the reason is to see (and demonstrate in the process) just how |
22 |
far one can go before one /does/ get pushed off the list. I was frankly |
23 |
shocked at both active sides earlier in the thread, perhaps this is just |
24 |
trying to push it as far as possible, maybe with the motive of driving |
25 |
the council to /some/ sort of action to institute enforceable and |
26 |
enforced list guidelines. |
27 |
|
28 |
OTOH, that's taking a step many had been hesitant to take. There's kill |
29 |
filters when someone (or some thread) gets too far out to take. Perhaps |
30 |
it's time for list regulars to kill-filter the thread /and/ the abusive |
31 |
user. If that avoids the step toward direct censorship he seems to be |
32 |
trying to push... |
