9 It's not just a question of "new version", it's the thing that the whole
10 jabber-family seems to be unmaintained. For example if you want to use
11 yahoo-transport with ejabberd it needs jabberd-1.4 as a dependency (ok).
12 But if you try to install it, you have *no chance*, because the
13 jabberd-1.4 ebuild does not use the jabber-base stuff.
