Hello, Folks

I am responsible for generating the weekly reports on the Bugzilla database
that appear in Gentoo Weekly News. I haven't been too satisfied with it of
late, and am looking for some information, comments, suggestions.

(1) Anything any of you would like to see in that section? (Feel free to
post to me offlist)

(2) One thing that I have been doing is including links and brief
descriptions to a few (effectively randomly chosen) bugs in the database. I
am considering changing that to (effectively randomly) choosing 5 or so
developers each week and asking them to pick a bug (along with a sentence or
so of Why this bug...). Cycle time would be such that each developer might
be asked to pick a bug once every few months. Anyone think that is a
good/bad/insane idea?

(3) I am thinking of changing the "Who has the most bugs open?" section to
"Who closed the most bugs this week?". Comments?

(3) Last, but not least, I need to do this week's report tomorrow morning.
Who wants to nominate a bug or to to have its name up in lights?

Appreciate your time,
