I am responsible for generating the weekly reports on the Bugzilla database |

that appear in Gentoo Weekly News. I haven't been too satisfied with it of |

late, and am looking for some information, comments, suggestions. |

(1) Anything any of you would like to see in that section? (Feel free to |

(2) One thing that I have been doing is including links and brief |

descriptions to a few (effectively randomly chosen) bugs in the database. I |

am considering changing that to (effectively randomly) choosing 5 or so |
| 16 |
developers each week and asking them to pick a bug (along with a sentence or |
| 17 |
so of Why this bug...). Cycle time would be such that each developer might |
| 18 |
be asked to pick a bug once every few months. Anyone think that is a |
| 19 |
good/bad/insane idea? |

(3) I am thinking of changing the "Who has the most bugs open?" section to |
| 22 |
"Who closed the most bugs this week?". Comments? |

(3) Last, but not least, I need to do this week's report tomorrow morning. |
