7 Indeed, it doesn't even check forward dependencies which are blockers.
8 kmod-19 was just stabilized accidentally despite having a blocker on
9 all stable versions of systemd. That resulted in a big scramble to
10 backport a fix to systemd (and incidentally discover that openrc
11 suffered from the same problem, thus resulting in yet another rushed
12 fix). It would have been helpful if repoman could have noticed this.
