7 The fact that Gentoo developers aren't employees would be a big
8 problem with that. This isn't work for hire, and maintaining this
9 highly productive email list probably isn't compensation enough to
10 qualify.

12 The only way Gentoo can hold copyright is if individuals donate the
13 rights to their work. And, as has been pointed out, even that gets
14 tricky in some jurisdictions.
