8 demasking a USE flag only requires you not break packages ... so if your USE
9 flag is only used in unstable branches, then it isnt an issue, demask and
10 have a ball :P ... but if you have a stable package which has IUSE=emboss and
11 emboss itself is still unstable then you obviously cant demask yet because
12 you'd break dependency tree for the stable branch
