14 This is what makes sense to me. What happens when 2.7 comes around? 2.4 and
15 2.6 are both stable kernels. Whether or not version numbers are used though,
16 *SOMETHING* has to be done. The 2.6 kernel is the latest stable kernel, and
17 there's nothing "development" about it. This is just confusing for users,
