8 Even better, it could be shown each time a user submits a new ebuild. Don't
9 know how easy to implement in bugzilla it may be, but it would be real helpful
10 even if it is displayed every time. Some may think it is annoying, but I don't.
11 People don't submit ebuilds all too often anyway.
