9 Regardless of my personal feelings about John's proposal, I think he
10 intends them to be more of an addendum to the current management
11 situation, rather than a replacement.

13 Some parts of what he is saying I agree with, others I dont, but I do
14 think that he isn't implying that the existing management structure
15 should be replaced.

17 And if a lot of people think that certain changes make the system
18 better, why wait for the current system to fail before implementing
19 them?
