enough mirrored elsewhere, like package from sourceforge.

/etc/portage/mirrors. From `man portage`:
  You may also set a special mirrortype called "local".  This
  list of mirrors will be checked before GENTOO_MIRRORS and
  be used even if the package has RESTRICT="nomirror".
