10 That isn't the issue... Developers need to stop being "clever" in
11 expressing dependencies, and start giving the package mangler explicit
12 information about what a dependency means. Relying upon heuristics to
13 figure out what a complicated mess of || ( ) and blockers means just
14 leads to things intermittently going horribly wrong.
