That isn't the issue... Developers need to stop being "clever" in |

expressing dependencies, and start giving the package mangler explicit |
| 12 |
information about what a dependency means. Relying upon heuristics to |
| 13 |
figure out what a complicated mess of || ( ) and blockers means just |
| 14 |
leads to things intermittently going horribly wrong. |
