18 Hrm; well, we don't support the 1.0_rc4_pre2 release anymore since it includes a
19 flaky kernel that causes ReiserFS filesystems to become corrupt. May I ask where
20 you grabbed it from? (it shouldn't be on ibiblio or any of our mirrors anymore).

22 You can expect a new release of Gentoo Linux by the end of this week. I have an
23 half-complete bootable CD image and Achim is putting tons of work into fixing all
24 the build problems he can find in our current Portage tree.
