Yes, I sent the message before getting/reading the replys. Though more along |

the lines of how BASH works right now, I would suggest an environment |

variable controlling this. eg, RUN_DIRECTORIES=yes/on/enabled/1 (not the best |

var name, but you get the idea) |

Then, if someone actually wanted to, they could export it to make it affect |

scripts or just leave it unexported to only affect the current shell. |
