Good to see someone else (and in an influential position at that) shares
my frustrations.  Of course, let's note that the present portage changelog
display feature is appreciated and useful as is (thanks, portage team), or
we wouldn't be frustrated at the inability to use it in the case of
downgrades because the feature wouldn't be there to be frustrated about
its absence!  <g>

Is this something I should portage enhancement bug?  I just did a search
and didn't come up with anything that would be a dup, but that may be my
choice of search terms.  Thought I'd ask here if it's been seen before,
tho, since the discussion is already here, before I go posting a new bug
for it.
